Directions: Located on Middletown Road, approximately 4 miles from the Middletown Mall south of Fairmont.

• From I-79 traveling south, take the South Fairmont exit 132. Turn left at the light and stay in the right lane.
• Pass through two more traffic lights (all short distances from each other).
• At the third light, turn right on to Middletown Road.
• Travel approximately 4 miles to Boothsville.
• From I-79 traveling north, take the Saltwell exit 125. Travel approximately 6 miles to Boothsville.
